Finally, Arc Search Browser Launched for Android with AI Support and Instant Answers
The Browser Company has officially announced the availability of its new Arc Search browser for Android devices in a beta version.
This browser is an alternative to the default browsers on mobile phones, as it was specifically designed to provide a smooth and distraction-free web browsing experience, and its most prominent features are the design, animations, and user experience.
It also contains many built-in options that rely on artificial intelligence, such as the “Browse for me” feature that summarizes information from multiple websites on one page, by generating a direct answer to the original search query.
The browser also features a built-in ad blocker that reduces annoying ads, trackers, and advertising banners, and has the ability to block pop-ups related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Another notable feature is the auto-archiving feature, which automatically archives inactive tabs if they are not in use, which contributes to providing a clutter-free and distraction-free browsing experience.
The Browser Company says its goal is to create “the fastest way to search” and provide one of the “lightest” browsers on mobile devices.
The app is less than 4MB in size when downloaded from the Google Play Store, and the full installation size is less than 20MB, which shows the company's commitment to providing a light and fast browser.
This is remarkable considering that the app was developed entirely for Android devices by only two developers in-house.
If you want to try Arc Search on any Android device, you can register for the trial version and download the app from the Google Play Store for free.
It is worth noting that this browser was initially only available for Mac computers, and then the developer company later made it available for iPhones and iPads, in addition to Windows.
